Johnny Wong started NAC Consultancy Pte Ltd with his partner, Ng Chin How, on 15 October 2016, with the main goal of bringing high-level mechanical engineering knowledge, techniques and tools to an affordable level that benefits Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

Johnny graduated with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with 1st Class Honours from RMIT University, Master of Business Administration from the University of Birmingham and is currently pursuing Master of Science, Mechanical Engineering from National University of Singapore (NUS). Johnny started off as an Assistant Engineer in an oil and gas structural company focusing on drafting works, design calculations, and validation.

Subsequently, Johnny progresses his career in a hydraulics company and later served as Engineering Manager in various integrator companies, leading team of 50 engineers & associates at his peak. With his keen interest in mechanical engineering, he decided to put to use his knowledge and entrepreneur spirit into NAC Consultancy Pte Ltd.

Johnny believes in nurturing young and inexperienced individual with the right attitude. The search for knowledge and wisdom is never-ending. But collectively as a team, the journey will be filled with fun, joy, laughter, where working no longer feels like working as it becomes part of life that is very much enjoyed. Johnny also hopes to contribute both in the industry, as well as academically in the research field in years to come.
